I faced my biggest FEAR

Jane, a truly amazing day, both for the course and the weather. Absolutely spectacular. Honestly did not think that I could have got down those 72 iron, steep, ladders. I am still reeling from the experience. It has taken me until now to be able to look at the photos. You are an inspirational instructor, with such passion and enthusiasm. Huge thanks to all who attended the course and worked as such a well knitted team. The ice bath was the icing on the cake. The day has left me with Wim Hoff in my conscious awareness, which is a huge step forward to integrating into my daily life. I loved the cards, and I am taking conscious steps to getting balance in my life. A massive thank you once again. Oh and by the way you will nail your level 2 with gusto. Heartfelt hugs, Audrey:)
