Better life begins in 1 day

A day I will not forget, I am so glad I saw this on fb and took the challenge. The positive energy you portrayed to us all was magical. I was able for the first time in a long time clear my mind and deeply think about myself. The breathing was a great eye opener, which I appreciated very much. Meeting great buddies some for the first time, loved it, taking part in the fun games which brought us altogether ready for the ice bath……
What a challenge that was, your guidance throughout was so encouraging, the music, singing, the drum and the help from my buddies was amazing.
The whole experience has left deep impression of fulfilment and an ever lasting memories from our instructor Jane with so much passion…….thank you..
